Duncan: FFVI is one of the ability cards in Mobius Final Fantasy added on May 16, 2017.

Ability Stats - Phantom Rush

Monk supreme ability - Single-target light attack (multistrike overkill - 21 hit). Adds Mantra (Attack increases ability damage and allows it to reduce Break Gauges) and draws 1 orb.
It uses 100% of Attack and Break stats instead of Magic for damage and break dealt.[1]

Tips

Duncan is much better when used for attack rather than break. It is suggested to break the enemy first, then use Duncan to decimate the target.
