The Hunt: Pandemonium 1

A land of limitless monsters yields near-limitless bounty. Those who brave danger are certain to be rewarded.
* Normal/Hard area fiends will always drop magicite when defeated.
* The most recently released monsters in Pandemonium are eligible for bonus magicite campaign rewards.

~ World Map description

Pandemonium is a new permanent region that came out on July 1st.

This is a special map where fiends will always drop Icon Magicite.png Magicite when defeated. They have huge HP value, but their damage is generally very low.
Once you "kill" a fiend, it'll go in a Perfect Defense state until it gets a turn, then show you how many turns you spent to kill it. You have to manually click the screen before the game can show the result screen.
The map will be separate by paths (breeding ground) that represent each a specific fiend.
For clearing a certain node (One Time Only per node), there will be a fixed Icon Magicite.png Magicite increase to all guaranteed drops in Pandemonium.

Paths (Breeding Grounds)[]

Each boss will have a specific path, and each path has a total of 5 nodes.

The 5 nodes are:

  • Starter node, useless, you can teleport there to get a little popup information about the current boss.
  • NORMAL farming node. Cost 60 stamina for 1 battle, and you get 15 guaranteed Icon Magicite.png Magicite, or 25 if the node is featured. Also drop 1 medal.
  • HARD farming node that gives more Icon Magicite.png Magicite than the NORMAL mode. Unlocked after finishing NORMAL once. Cost 60 stamina for 1 battle, and you get 35 guaranteed Icon Magicite.png Magicite, or 60 if the node is featured. Also drop 3 medals.
  • MANIAC node where you won't be able to rent / use a phoenix down. Unlocked after finishing HARD once. So far, it's a one time chest that gives 1 Icon Summon Ticket.png Summon Ticket and 10 medals for every boss.
  • special node locked behind a certain number of medal. This node gives a one time permanent bonus to all guaranteed Icon Magicite.png Magicite drop on Pandemonium called Icon Magicite Seal.png Magicite Seal.

Guaranteed Magicite / Icon Magicite Seal.png Magicite Seal[]

You can still get the normal dropped Icon Magicite.png Magicite (20 / 100) on top of the guaranteed. Only the guaranteed Icon Magicite.png Magicite drops are affected by the total bonus from Pandemonium.
The Icon Magicite Seal.png Magicite Seal bonus that increases guaranteed Icon Magicite.png Magicite drop for Pandemonium 1 transfers to Pandemonium 2.
Featured area: When a boss is released, its path will have a boost of Icon Magicite.png Magicite. A featured path will have this icon: higher guaranteed Icon Magicite.png Magicite node.

Non featured area: After a new boss is released, previous paths will become non-featured, and will have lower guaranteed Icon Magicite.png Magicite drop.

"Self-Disintegration (enhanced effect).png Self-Disintegration" debuff[]

Each "HARD" and "NORMAL" node's boss will have a very specific debuff only available (so far) on Pandemonium.

Self-Disintegration (enhanced effect).png Self-Disintegration acts like bio, it deals 3% max HP per turn, and it lasts for 28 turns (It ticks down at the start of the fight so you'll see 28 for a few sec, then 27). As Self-Disintegration (enhanced effect).png Self-Disintegration is octagonal, it'll override bio immunity (Basilisk).

You cannot apply Bio (enhanced effect).png Bio or Bio II (enhanced effect).png Bio II on top of it when the debuff is on. You need to wait until its gone to apply bio, if you still didn't kill the boss.


Note: You also get around 1,000,000 Icon Gil.png Gil per HARD node.
