Subatomos is one of the Fiends in Mobius Final Fantasy. It first appears in Chapter IV: Doubt and Illusion, Part 1 & Chapter IV: Doubt and Illusion, Part 2.
This fiend will often take a particular elemental orb from your collected stocks and shift to that element, so killing it will take more than one element.
