The Azure Witch is a mage-type basic job card. It is acquired by entering Chapter VI: Bewitching Memories, Part 1. It was released on October 3rd, 2017.
It could be received as well in Act 2: Warrior of Despair, Chapter 1 - A World Adrift: Sarah & Meia Practicum by defeating Meia to clear the Battle Tutorial for the first time.
